Strength Training Guidelines
With the new NSAA Guidelines coming out yesterday afternoon, we are planning to open our facility to our Student-Athletes for Strength Training only on June 1st.
These guidelines have been established from recommendations from the CDC, State of Nebraska, as well as the Nebraska School Activities Association.
NSAA Guidelines Points of Emphasis:
- Social Distance
- Number of Athletes
- Specific Training

Attached is the Waiver/Release form we are asking each Parent/Guardian to sign before they are allowed to workout on June 1st. You can also find this form on our Website or at the HS Main Office.
As new guidelines come in from the respective governing bodies, we will make adjustments to this information throughout the summer. As soon as information is released from ESU 7, we will send out our Guidelines, Goals, Routine, NSAA Q/A, and Map once we get clearance.
